2026 will be a year of implementation – with three key components:
🚀 1. Call for Ideas (Start: Early April)
We are looking for existing and new ideas from Münster. Initiatives, startups, project teams – everyone can submit.
👉 Online voting by the city community
👉 Public stage for the most visible projects
👉 Financial support for selected ideas
Goal: Innovations from Münster gain momentum.
🛠 2. Innovation Workshops (May–September)
We bring three groups together with a specific focus:
SMEs - Crafts - Citizens
In moderated workshop series, we identify concrete challenges – from businesses, from neighborhoods, from everyday life in Münster. These challenges will form the basis for the next big step.
🔬 3. Impact Ideation Lab (Start: September/October)
60 participants. 6 weeks. Real challenges from Münster.
Interdisciplinary teams develop concrete solutions, test prototypes, and publicly pitch their results.
Ideas evolve into viable projects with implementation potential.
